Biosketch
After a journey in the consulting business following my academic studies in Biomedical Engineering, I moved from Portugal to England to experience various other professional activities in a distinct culture. Working now within the biotechnology industry, I am especially keen on contributing to scientific research and healthcare through technology.
Testimony
iMM contributed to the development of my MSc thesis in Computational Biology, giving me the chance to get to know and interact with other people working in the field. Additionally, I could participate in various activities such as talks, group meetings, and even a short course in Bioinformatics. Therefore, this experience has been a great learning experience for me, with the personal connections created becoming the icing on the cake.
